Crypto on-ramps and Bitcoin vouchers with low or no KYC

On-ramps turn fiat money into crypto: vouchers bought with cash or a card and redeemed to your wallet, and brokers that take a bank transfer and send the coins straight to an address you control. None of them run an order book, so they are listed here rather than among exchanges.

Usable without ID at first, but their terms let them hold an order and ask for documents after a risk flag, or above a usage limit. Keep amounts small and check each listing's KYC note.

Check the rules where you live

Whether a provider may serve customers in your country depends on local licensing rules. A listing describes a service; it is not an invitation to use it and not financial advice.

Background

About on-ramps

Most on-ramps are regulated businesses, so the useful question is not whether they ever ask for ID but how much you can buy before they do. Each listing shows that threshold where the provider publishes it. Vouchers bought with cash leave the smallest trail; bank transfers always leave a record at your bank, whatever the provider asks.

What we check for every on-ramp

  • The amount you can buy before an ID document is required, and over what period
  • Whether coins are sent to your own wallet or held in an account

Questions

On-Ramps: common questions

Can I buy Bitcoin without ID?

Yes, in small amounts. Vouchers bought with cash and some brokers allow purchases up to a published limit without an ID document. Above it, regulated providers ask for verification. For larger amounts without ID, peer-to-peer platforms are the usual route.

Is a voucher more private than a bank transfer?

Usually. A voucher bought with cash is not linked to a bank account. A bank transfer is always visible to your bank, even when the provider itself asks for nothing.
