Terms of Use

Plain terms for a reference site.

Information only

NoKYC Score publishes descriptions, grades and records about third-party services. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. A listing is not an endorsement, a recommendation or an invitation to use a service. You are responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the law where you live.

No relationship with listed services

We do not operate, hold funds for, or process transactions on behalf of any listed service unless a listing says otherwise. Any dispute about a service is between you and that service.

Accuracy

Listings are based on public documentation, our own tests and sourced reports, and each shows the date it was last reviewed. Services change their terms without notice. Verify anything that matters before you rely on it.

Availability by country

Many services are not licensed in every country and some exclude certain countries in their terms. We record those restrictions where published. Do not use this site to get around a provider's restrictions or the law.

Your contributions

  • Post only what you believe to be true and can support.
  • No personal data about private individuals, no threats, no spam, no undisclosed promotion of a service you are connected to.
  • You grant us a licence to publish, edit for length and remove what you submit.

Reviews and reports are moderated. We may decline or remove contributions.

Reporting content

If you believe something on the site is unlawful or inaccurate, use the correction link on the listing, giving the page address and the reason. We review every notice and record corrections in the listing history.

Listed services

Operators may claim a listing by proving control of the domain, and may reply publicly to incidents and reviews. Claiming a listing does not affect grades. Payment of any kind does not affect grades or placement.

Data and API

You may reuse data from the API and feeds with a visible link back to the relevant page. Do not present our grades as your own or alter them.

Liability

The site is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site or of any listed service.
