What Trocador is
Trocador is a swap aggregator popular with Monero users. It compares quotes from partner instant exchanges, assigns each partner a letter grade reflecting its KYC and AML behaviour, and lets users check an address's AML score before swapping. Swaps are executed by the chosen partner, so any hold or document request comes from that partner. According to secondary sources it offers a limited guarantee that covers only part of a swap, is capped at around $1,000 and excludes cases with a red-flag AML score. The official site was unreachable during this review.
