What Houdini Swap is
Houdini Swap is a front-end aggregator that routes swaps through partner exchanges and on-chain DEXs; its private mode chains two partner swaps to break the public link between sender and receiver. The terms name Houdini Swap LLC as operator, say it does not custody assets, and exclude the United States and sanctioned jurisdictions. The documentation says partners must screen all deposits with blockchain analytics and keep logs for law-enforcement requests, that access from the Tor network and restricted jurisdictions is blocked, and that swaps above $400,000 are not facilitated. Its FAQ says a partner may require KYC and that Houdini cannot override a partner's AML or recovery requirements.
