What SwapZilla is
SwapZilla is a rate aggregator that routes swaps to independent providers, with no sign-up and no fee added on top of the provider's rate. It also offers a Private Swap mode that chains two providers through Monero and a Pay feature for merchant payment links. Its terms say SwapZilla never holds user funds and is not a party to any swap. Its AML policy says KYC/AML screening is performed by the providers, which may request additional information from the user or refuse a swap and return the funds, and that Private Swap can attract stricter source-of-funds requests. No operating company is named; a Tor mirror is published.
