Guarda is a multi-chain wallet available for desktop, mobile, the web and as a Chrome extension; the site says it has operated since 2017 and supports Monero among more than 70 blockchains. The homepage says a wallet can be created without registration, and that purchases and swaps are powered by ChangeNOW, Guardarian and Simplex. The terms say the wallet is non-custodial and that the company does not store private keys, backup phrases or passwords, but also that the company 'has the right to require information which helps us to identify and verify you', that some services may need an account, and that use may be barred in any jurisdiction the company chooses. The terms name GUARDACO LDA (Portugal) and Guardium LTD (British Virgin Islands) as providers and are governed by British Virgin Islands law. The terms grant only a licence and forbid modifying the software; its GitHub organisation publishes desktop release binaries but not the wallet source.
