Flyp.me is an accountless instant exchanger for more than 30 cryptocurrencies, developed by the team behind the HolyTransaction web wallet. The site says there is no registration or email: the user only supplies a destination address. Its terms name the owner as Medealink SAS, a company incorporated in Uruguay with a registered office in Montevideo. Under those terms, a client or transaction flagged as suspicious by internal controls will be asked for additional proof of identification, and the exchange may decline the transaction until verifiable identity is received and a compliance officer approves it. Clients must also declare that they are not residents of the United States or of countries embargoed by Uruguay.
