About THORSwap

THORSwap is a decentralised exchange interface and aggregator that routes native cross-chain swaps through THORChain, NEAR Intents, Maya Protocol and Chainflip, plus same-chain DEXs, from a wallet the user connects. Its terms of service (last updated 1 September 2026) are with Ferdin Incorporated and its affiliates, are governed by Singapore law, and say THORSwap is not a wallet provider or exchange and has no custody or control over users' assets. The services are not offered to sanctioned persons or residents of listed sanctioned territories. No identity-verification clause appears in the terms. Fees, when charged, are shown before the swap and taken in the destination token.
