What StealthEX is
StealthEX is an instant swap platform for crypto-to-crypto exchanges, with fiat purchases offered through partners. Swaps can be started without an account. The terms of use incorporate a KYC/AML policy by reference, define a KYC verification process for assessing a user's risk profile, and exclude residents of restricted jurisdictions and persons on sanctions lists. The KYC/AML annex, last updated March 2024, says its rules are based on UK money-laundering regulations. In practice this means most small swaps complete without checks, while flagged transactions can be paused until documents are supplied.
