What NanoGPT is
NanoGPT is a pay-as-you-go service giving access to hundreds of text, image and video models through a web chat and an OpenAI-compatible API. Its privacy page says no account is required: visitors get a generated user ID and can avoid sharing an email address. Conversations are stored in the browser unless the user opts into sync, and the operator says it does not log or retain prompt and response content during normal inference, while noting that it cannot audit upstream model providers. Balances can be topped up from $0.10 with cryptocurrency or $1 by card, with a 5% discount for paying in Nano. The FAQ states that no KYC or ID check is required.
