Securities regulators in Canada and Korea list KCEX as unregistered
The Alberta Securities Commission added KCEX to its investment caution list on 8 April 2026, stating that it is not registered to trade or advise in Alberta. Korea's financial intelligence unit had earlier named KCEX among unlicensed virtual-asset operators serving Korean users, as reported in February 2026. Separately, many recent user reviews describe withdrawals frozen by risk control; those reports are unverified.
