What YellowChanger is
YellowChanger is a Russian-language automated exchanger for crypto and rubles (via SBP and Sberbank), also reachable at yellswap.com and through a Telegram bot. It offers a "yellow" mode with the rate fixed for 10 minutes and a cheaper floating "green" mode with volume-based fee tiers. Its rules say an account and email are optional. Sender addresses are checked with independent AML-analytics providers; for high-risk transfers the service may pause the order and ask for a photo or video of an ID document, including a selfie with it, and source-of-funds evidence, and may hold the funds until the check is done. Refunds go to the sending address. No operating company is named. A referral programme pays a share of referred trades.
