SOAX is a residential, mobile and datacenter proxy network operated by SOAX LTD, incorporated in England and Wales (company number 11828506). Its KYC policy says the account owner must complete verification before a purchase can be completed or a paid service activated, and that checks may be repeated at any time. The developer billing documentation lists cards, cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL and others), bank transfer and postpaid billing for approved businesses, and says personal identity verification with a government-issued ID is required for crypto payments. Restricted destinations and ports additionally require business verification.
