What PegasusSwap is
PegasusSwap is an instant swap service for BTC, XMR, ETH, stablecoins and other assets, usable without an account. Its privacy policy says it does not collect, request or verify identity information under any circumstances, while its FAQ says an extra commission can be charged when a deposit's AML risk is above its norm. The FAQ calls the service non-custodial, but the terms describe a hybrid model in which assets may temporarily pass through infrastructure controlled by the platform or its liquidity partners; the FAQ says it uses its own liquidity and also that it picks rates among several liquidity providers. No company or jurisdiction is named, and the FAQ mentions a Tor mirror whose address was not found on the pages read during this review.
