What ETZ-Swap is

ETZ-Swap is an instant swap service with no registration, a no-JavaScript version and a Tor mirror. Its AML/KYC page says it does not require KYC for standard swaps and does not request identity documents as part of normal operations, while an internal risk-assessment system can delay or decline a swap; in that case funds are returned to the sending address, or to a refund address if the deposit came from an exchange wallet. The site says it operates on its own liquidity reserve and publishes reserve figures, and describes itself as non-custodial although swaps go through a deposit address it issues. No company or jurisdiction is named.
