What Explace is
Explace is an instant swap service listing 2,500+ coins, where the user can pick the liquidity provider used for an order or leave it on automatic. Its terms say it runs on its own infrastructure plus third-party liquidity, custody and compliance providers. The AML policy (May 2026) says transactions may be reviewed with blockchain analytics, sanctions screening and liquidity-provider controls, that orders can be held or refused during a review, and that source-of-funds, wallet-ownership proof and identity verification "where legally required" may be requested; returning funds to the sending address is the stated preferred outcome when an order cannot proceed, unless a provider has frozen them. Users can ask support to pre-review a transaction. The terms bar the United States and sanctioned regions. No company is named.
