What Bitrequest is
Bitrequest is a non-custodial point-of-sale and payment-request app for the web, iOS and Android, with a WooCommerce plugin. It generates payment requests and watches the blockchain to confirm them, supporting Bitcoin and Lightning, Monero through view-key scanning, Ethereum and its layer-2 networks, Litecoin and several other coins. The terms say the developer cannot access funds, private keys or seed phrases, that the software is free, and that it relies on third-party APIs such as block explorers and exchange-rate providers. The code is published under the AGPL-3.0 licence. No company or jurisdiction is named.
