What AnonExch is

AnonExch is a swap aggregator that compares rates across independent exchange providers and routes each swap to one of them, with no account. Its terms state that it runs no identity-verification programme and will not introduce one, performs no AML or chain-analysis screening, never forwards a provider's identity request to a user, and refunds a swap a provider does not complete without asking for documents. Deposits go to the provider handling the swap, each of which is a separate operator with its own terms, so the commitments depend on those providers behaving as described. Swap records are deleted 24 hours after completion; the site also offers a merchant payment gateway and sells Telegram Premium and Stars. No operator is named, and the terms are dated 9 September 2026.
