What AlwaysMoney is

AlwaysMoney is an order-based exchanger for Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, stablecoins and other coins, with bank-card and bank-transfer directions in roubles, hryvnia, tenge and other currencies. Its about page says it was founded in 2024. The site rules require a valid email address for each request and oblige the customer to provide identity documents on request when fraud or money laundering is suspected. The AML/KYC policy names BitOK for risk scoring, sets risk bands under which requests can be reviewed, suspended or refused, lists KYC and source-of-funds documents including selfie and video, and says funds may be held until a review ends. It prohibits Tor, VPNs and third-party transfers where they interfere with risk assessment. No company is named.
