What Wagyu is
Wagyu is an instant swap service centred on Monero and Zcash: the user sends a supported asset to a one-time deposit address and receives the output at their own address, with no account. It routes cross-chain legs through a bridge aggregator and executes XMR trades on Hyperliquid's order book, and it operates the Monero side of its own XMR bridge. Its compliance policy says addresses and transactions are screened before execution, that blocked transactions are returned to the originating address, and that assets are frozen only on a court order or equivalent legal instrument. The policy contains no identity-document clause, though the site says a refund can require a refund address and further checks. No legal entity or jurisdiction is named.
