Toobit is a centralised exchange offering spot, perpetual futures, copy trading, trading bots and a P2P desk. Its terms of use name Future Planet PTE. Ltd., a Cayman Islands company, as the contracting party for users outside the EU/EEA, and Elyndret Sp. z o.o. in Poland for EU/EEA users. The help centre describes two KYC levels, basic (name and document number) and advanced (document upload and face check), but the pages read did not state what an unverified account can do or its limits. The terms (section 18.4) require users to comply with reasonable requests for information and documents about any transaction, and allow suspension when information is suspected to be inaccurate.
