What SilentSwap is
SilentSwap is a web interface and SDK for private cross-chain swaps: users connect a self-custodied wallet, choose source and destination assets, and can split one order across up to 20 recipients. Its terms say the company is registered in St. Lucia, does not hold user assets, is not a liquidity provider and routes swaps through third-party service providers for a 1% fee per completed transaction plus network and slippage costs. The terms say it screens transactions involving U.S. persons against OFAC sanctions and may refuse any swap it believes would break the law, and they state that anonymity is not guaranteed. No identity-verification requirement appears in the terms. Bitcoin and Litecoin orders use a pay-in address, and the documentation describes contract refunds only for expired EVM-origin orders.
