What NEAR Intents is
NEAR Intents is a cross-chain swap protocol whose own front end has moved from near-intents.org to near.com; users connect a self-custodial wallet or create a passkey account, and the homepage advertises no email and no KYC. The terms name Intents Technology Ltd. as provider and are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. They state that transactions, assets and wallet addresses are subject to transaction screening and sanctions controls, so a transaction may be delayed, blocked or rejected and the related assets restricted for a period or indefinitely; no clause requiring identity documents for swaps was found, though third-party fiat providers may require them. The settlement contracts are published on GitHub.
