What Mistex is

Mistex is an instant exchange that needs no registration; optional accounts (email or a Monero-address signature) unlock cashback, referrals and the API. Its privacy policy says it never asks for a name, email, phone, ID documents, selfies or proof of address. It also says the service keeps no request logs with client IPs and runs no analytics. The about page says swaps use its own liquidity pools, while the terms say deposits are routed through liquidity without naming whose. It runs a Tor v3 mirror, welcomes VPN and Tor traffic, and describes its team as anonymous; no operating company is named. The terms contain no clause on freezing or screening funds.
