What FlokiNET is

FlokiNET is a hosting company founded in Iceland in 2012 to host free-speech, press and whistleblower projects. It sells shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, colocation, domains and DDoS protection in Iceland, Romania, Finland and the Netherlands. Its about page says it does not require personal information to use its services, and its knowledge base says customers can sign up fully anonymously. The billing panel is a standard sign-up form with name, email, phone and address fields. The terms are governed by Icelandic law for FlokiNET ehf; domains and WHOIS protection are provided by a Seychelles company and CDN services by Seychelles and Belize companies. The privacy policy says data stored on a server is disclosed only on a court order from the country where it is stored, and that network access logs may be kept at the company's discretion. It accepts Bitcoin, Monero and many other coins with no fee, plus cash by post, bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, Paysafecard and cards. Official onion addresses are published for the main site, the billing panel and the blog. Payments are not refundable, though cancelled shared hosting or VPS orders can be turned into account credit within 24 hours.
