What Changee is

Changee is a no-account instant swap service listing more than 2,000 coins, with floating and fixed rates and a stated maximum of 15 BTC per transaction. It picks the best rate among liquidity providers, and its AML/KYC page says some transactions are subject to those providers' AML policies. An automated risk system suspends flagged transactions until the user passes an identity check, sometimes with proof that the funds are lawfully owned. If the user does not complete it, a refund is only possible after KYC. The terms exclude US persons and are governed by Seychelles law, but no operating company is named. It runs a revenue-share referral programme.
