What BuyVM is
BuyVM sells KVM virtual servers, block storage and DDoS protection from Las Vegas, New York and Luxembourg; the site describes it as part of Frantech Solutions since 2010 and now a division of Cloudzy, which the terms say acquired it in January 2025. The terms require current and accurate identification and contact information at registration, including a legitimate name, surname and residential address (no PO boxes or forwarding addresses), registration from the client's residential ISP, and account details that match the payment method; a phone number is not required. Orders are provisioned only when contact and payment information comply with the terms. Payment is accepted by card, PayPal, Alipay and cryptocurrency through CoinPayments, and the acceptable use policy allows Tor exit, relay and bridge nodes.
