What StealthVM is

StealthVM sells KVM VPS, Windows RDP and dedicated servers in Stockholm and Amsterdam and is operated by Throttle Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. An email address is required for an account. Its privacy policy says it does not ask for identity documents to open or run an account and does not collect government-issued ID for standard plans, but that identity verification may be requested on a specific account where law enforcement, payment-fraud or compliance escalation requires it. It also notes that its third-party crypto payment processor may hold a payment and ask for identification under its own checks. Payment is by card or cryptocurrency including Bitcoin and Monero; crypto payments are not refundable.
