Skhron is a small KVM VPS host founded in Ukraine and registered in Estonia, with servers in Stockholm and Warsaw. Its site says no KYC is required to order or use its services, and that it accepts Bitcoin, Lightning, Monero, Tron, Bitcoin Cash and other coins through a self-hosted, non-custodial payment processor, plus Visa, Mastercard and SEPA. Its terms forbid disposable email addresses, so a working email is required, and exclude crypto-paid orders from its 14-day refund. The privacy policy says it may collect contact details such as name, address and phone when you sign up. It publishes onion mirrors for its site, billing and payment gateways, and has operated since 2023.
