What Narayana is
Narayana is an Estonian telecom provider offering international calls over SIP, virtual numbers for inbound calls and SMS, physical SIM cards and eSIMs. Registration takes only a login and password, and the site says no email or ID is required. Accounts are denominated in EUR and topped up through Paysera (European cards and banks) or with Bitcoin, Litecoin, USDT or Monero. The public offer of Narayana OÜ says proof of identity may be requested when an account is funded by bank transfer or card, or where local rules require end-user verification for certain numbers, and that available data is handed over on a request from the Estonian police or an Estonian court order. Service is not provided in Russia, the United States, North Korea, Iran, China or annexed territories of Ukraine.
