NameSilo is an Arizona-based ICANN registrar operating since 2009 and one of the larger registrars by active domains. Its payment page lists cards, Alipay, PayPal, Venmo, account funds and Bitcoin as the only cryptocurrency. Its terms say there are no refunds for cryptocurrency purchases. As an ICANN registrar it requires accurate registrant contact details, verifies the registrant email address within 15 days or suspends the domain, and treats inaccurate WHOIS data as a material breach; some TLDs such as .us add nexus checks. No general ID requirement appears in the terms.
