What FuguSwap is
FuguSwap is a no-account instant swap service listing 500+ assets, with fixed and floating rates priced from partner venues. Its terms and AML policy say it runs no identity checks of any kind (no KYC, KYB or document uploads) and will never ask for passports, selfies or source-of-funds papers. Deposits are still screened automatically. A flagged order is frozen, and if the user does not reply within 60 minutes it is returned to the sender or refund address. The service does not explain why an order was flagged. The terms exclude the United States, Russia, Belarus, Iran and other listed regions, and list blocked counterparties.
