Questions from projects
Submit your project Does it cost anything to be listed?
No. Listing, review, claiming your page and the badge are all free. There is no paid tier, no featured placement and no way to pay for a faster review.
What do you need from us?
A working public service, a terms or FAQ page that states your identity policy, and honest answers on the form. Services that have operated for at least six months are reviewed first.
How long does review take?
A submission appears as "Unrated" once it passes a spam check, usually within a few days. An editor then reads your terms and sets the facts and the KYC level, at which point both grades appear. You can follow each step with your tracking code.
Can we improve our grades?
Yes, by changing the facts. Publishing a refund-without-ID commitment, opening an onion address, disclosing your operating entity, open-sourcing code or commissioning an audit each add published points. The formula is on the methodology page.
What if a user reports a problem with us?
Documented incidents are published with their source. Once you have claimed your listing you can reply publicly on the record, and when a case is resolved the outcome is updated and the Safety penalty shrinks.
Which projects are not accepted?
Mixing services, gambling, marketplaces for unlawful goods, and anything sanctioned or seized. Services that require full identity verification from every user are outside the scope of this site.
