Email alias services
An email alias is a second address that forwards to your real inbox. You give the alias to a shop, a newsletter or a sign-up form; mail arrives as normal, and the sender never learns your real address. If an alias starts receiving spam or appears in a breach, you switch it off and nothing else is affected.

Questions
Email Aliases: common questions
What is an email alias?
A forwarding address that delivers to your real inbox while keeping the real address hidden from the sender. You can create one per website and disable any of them at any time.
Is an email alias anonymous?
It hides your real address from senders. The alias provider still knows where mail is forwarded, so its sign-up requirements and logging policy decide how private it is overall.
Can I reply from an alias?
Most alias services support replying, so the recipient sees the alias and not your real address. Check the listing for the plan that includes it.
